We go on dedicated club runs once a month which are based in Brisbane travelling to within a couple of hours, north, south, east and west. Our club runs are usually on a Sunday and end with lunch at a South East Queensland location.

Along with monthly club runs, we regularly attend other club’s events, swap meets and meet ups.

The QLD Chevrolet Car Club regularly attends local, regional and national annual events as a group including May in the Bay (Hervey Bay), Moonshine Run (Stanthorpe), Rockynats (Rockhampton), Carralbyn Drags (Kooralbyn Valley), Yamba Hot Rod Run (NSW) and the Annual National Chevrolet Festival which changes location each year around Australia to name a few.

Monthly Club Meetings

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, except for January, at the clubrooms of the Veteran Car Club of Queensland, 1376 Old Cleveland Road, Carindale, Brisban commencing at 7:00 pm – usually preceded by a BBQ for members. [Heading outbound along Old Cleveland Road, Carindale, take the Gateway Arterial Motorway Northbound exit and is the last driveway on the left before reaching the traffic lights at the Gateway Motorway underpass].

Event Details

The Club has a couple of methods with communication methods for club events.

To ensure all Members (especially those without Facebook) receive updates with runs/cruises (planned & last minute) & meetings, we do send emails a couple of times a month.

Our Facebook page details all events that the club organises including our monthly meetings.  The events page is especially useful as the Club Run organisers can then gauge how many people will be turning up to the club runs for lunch bookings etc. If you are interested in following the page for event/club information updates, please feel free to "like/follow" the page, the link for which is above and below.
